Bevely Hills Real Estate blog March ,25, 2008 in Beverly Hills, CA
Good morning and welcome to Beverly Hills Real Estate blog. Cooler today in LA only going to be 72 perfect degrees downtown. We love L.A.!
Good news... Home sales beat Janurary numbers across America and in California. This rise in home sales coupled with a higher bid for Bear Sterns stocks gave the market a boost yesterday.
Meantime...some other news... even though sale of homes rose... the price of houses dropped. From Reuters U.S. stocks edged lower at the opening on Tuesday after data showing U.S. home prices slumped in January, adding to worries about housing sector weakness.
There are always two sides to every story. We at Beverly Hills Real Estate blog end to view the good news aspect of the stories.
