Happy Thanksgiving When you think about it, we should be thankful everyday. We have our health, family, friends. We live in a great place where everything you desire is within your reach. We are truly blessed.

Today we are filing our Blog from Atascadero, CA. which is about halfway between LA and San Francisco. Were visiting my brother, Bob and his wife LaVonne. Bob is a real estate broker. Accordng to Bob, the market in Cental California is very depressed. Bob thinks its just the tip of the iceberg regarding short sales and foreclosures. The area in the last few years grew by leaps and bounds and as result; its become over built. The growth spurt went way too fast, says Bob. The consensus among bankers and builders; at least two more years

NEW YORK - A masterpiece by a Mexican artist that was found in the trash by a woman who knew little about modern art has been sold for more than $1 million.

The painting Tres Personajes, by Rufino Tamayo, was discovered in 2003 by Elizabeth Gibson, who spotted it on her morning walk on Manhattan's Upper West Side. She said she took it home because even though I didn't understand it, I knew it had power.
