Heres some GOOD real estate news We get so much doom and gloom from the media. They give statistics like the average price of a home in the U S ...that is like giving the average temperature in the U.S. All markets are different. In Los Angeles prices in many areas are up as much as 20 or more percent as compared to this time last year. Some areas of Burbank are up 4.8% over this time last year. The Hollywood Hills West are up 12.4% over this time last year. It actually has been one of the best years for real estate since records have been kept. It is a good time to buy...interest rates are still extremely low and there a lot of good choices out there.

Now , about Marlon Brando (right with me) and the flowers. I did a show on CBS called 2 On The Town. We traveled to over 60 countries doing wonderful stories. We were in Tahiti and we did a story on his island Tetearoa. I was very nervous about how he would like the story and the day after it aired I got my answer. I walked into my office and there was the most beautiful bouquet of flowers I had ever seen and also a bottle of my very favorite perfume. I was blown away. The hand written note I still have and the bottle that the perfume came in. He loved the story.
