Good morning and welcome to Beverly Hills Real Estate blog.  Sunny, warm and windy thats the forecast for LA today.  Thats the way we like it. 

The state of our business looks this way.  It appears buyers are getting the message that this may be a good time to get going.  We have a number of potential buyers looking real hard right now for a deal.  The deals are out there.

The stock market opened low and sinking fast but made a turn around and at 723 am is only down 5 or so points.  Why is it that when the market dives like it sometimes does successful investors move in and make a killing

Its the same way with real estate the market is down we believe now is the time to take advantage of it.  As we said earlier, we have a number of clients looking to make a great deal in this market right now.  The question is; has the market bottomed out  We think, its close if it has not already hit bottom.  It is a bit of a gamble but with real estate historically its always a good bet.
